Enhanced website offers more protection, improved features
Financial education tools, access to product information and services expanded

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (11-29-12) Pioneer Services, a division of MidCountry Bank, was an early adopter of the Internet, becoming one of the first to offer military loans and other services online. As online commerce has expanded, the company has stayed on the cutting edge of this trend, most recently overhauling its popular website to further improve the overall customer experience.

"We want to lead the financial services industry when it comes to things like web design, security, functionality, convenience and customer service," said Director of Marketing Randy Freese. "Our customers are very tech savvy, and many now use their phones to surf the Internet, not just traditional desktop computers. They want things to work quickly and efficiently, and demand access to relevant information instantaneously. Our new site provides all of that and more."

All of the new site changes were made with military customers in mind, including privacy, convenience, and expanding their access to free financial education resources and tools.

"The updated site has a number of new sections, including a financial education and military life blog that is regularly updated, information on repairing credit, and a page dedicated to raving fans of the company," said Freese. "It's a very intuitive user-friendly site, and we invite every military family to come and take a look--and to keep coming back."
