Timothy W. Williams has 39 years of experience in the finance industry. Williams co-founded 21st Mortgage Corporation in 1995. The company originates and services manufactured home loans. It services a loan portfolio of $6.2 billion. 21st Mortgage is the highest volume lender in the manufactured home industry, and in 2003, was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway. Prior to starting 21st Mortgage, Williams was on the Executive Committee of Clayton Homes, and was President of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance.
