Timothy W. Williams
President, 21st Mortgage Corporation
Timothy W. Williams has more than 35 years of experience in the finance industry. Williams co-founded 21st Mortgage Corporation in 1995. The company originates and services manufactured home loans and has a $5 billion loan portfolio. 21st Mortgage is the highest volume lender in the manufactured home industry, and in 2003, was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway. Prior to starting 21st Mortgage, Williams was on the Executive Committee of Clayton Homes, and was President of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance. Some of his other affiliations include Director, Choice Data Consumer Services; Board Member and President, Knoxville Symphony Society; Board Member, Knoxville Zoological Society; Director, Boys and Girls Club of Tennessee Valley; and Director and Organizer, Knox Achieves.
