Carol Jackson has 30 years of financial experience, and more than 25 years of leadership experience in the Federal Home Loan Bank System. She joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta in 1980 as Director of Internal Audit, and served in numerous positions over the course of 25 years. She was the first woman director of Internal Audit and Chief Operations Officer in the Federal Home Loan Banking system. She ended her tenure with the company in 2005 as Executive Vice President. Jackson is an active civic and community leader who is currently serving on several boards and committees.
